At Homesellers Realty I recognize the real estate market has changed considerably by the availability of the internet for buyers to preview homes without spending days, weeks, or, even months driving around looking for a property. From photos, descriptions to streetscape technology it is easier than ever for a buyer to narrow down the areas and properties for which they have an interest. With that fact in mind, since over 95% of today's buyers have already done a great deal of legwork themselves, I feel it fair to reduce our real estate commission as I spend less time searching with customers creating more time for additional business.
This does not mean I decrease the services I offer.
Homesellers Realty is a full-service real estate company, selling homes in Palm Beach County and charging a total of 4% commission with no hidden fees. For homeowners I do not just place your home on MLS and have you do all the work. I list, show, advise customers and homeowners, prepare market analysis, write the contracts, arrange financing, and, attend closings.
The only thing that is less is the fee I charge. The success of this strategy has been phenomenal. Buyers and sellers are savvy and realize they've spent a lot of their own time studying areas and available properties. The information which in times past was given only to agents has now shifted to an open market forum giving everyone a chance to see all the real estate offerings online. With that knowledge why should a seller pay 6% just because that's what real estate agents say they want? Why pay that the same rate to someone when they didn't have to take nearly the time to give individuals that had little or no information?
